Admission Process

We keep enrollment simple, supportive, and clear. Because we’re growing, some steps may be adjusted as we expand —
but our goal stays the same: make it easy for families to get answers and a plan.

Step-by-Step

  1. Schedule a complimentary evaluation (best first step).
  2. Family interview / intake — goals, strengths, learning needs, and history.
  3. Record review — IEP/504, evaluations, report cards, and work samples (if available).
  4. Student visit / trial day (when appropriate) to confirm fit and support needs.
  5. Enrollment decision + plan — schedule, services, and next steps.

What to Bring (If You Have It)

  • IEP or 504 plan
  • Recent evaluation reports
  • Report card and/or teacher notes
  • Any tutoring/therapy history
